As Straw Compared; a prayer and others (2017-2019)
In the winter of 2017 my family lost their home, to, what was at the time, the largest wildfire in the state’s recorded history. Coincidentally, while making pictures in response to the fire, I found myself praying—a practice I had stopped, years before, after leaving the church. What resulted was a document, not only of the space and time, but the plotting of my own spiritual wandering.
